Students from any bilingual international school

Students who have completed ESO (Educación Secundaria Obligatoria) within the Spanish system

Open to all students in the catchment area, not limited to current O’Brien students
📚 A-Levels Overview

Minimum: 3 A-Levels

Most students: 3 A-Levels + 1 AS

Scholarship includes: 4 A-Levels

Recognised internationally for university and professional entry

Helps develop skills like critical thinking, research, writing, and problem-solving

📝 Scholarship Requirements
To be considered, candidates must:
1. Sit 5 GCSE-Style Exams at The O’Brien International School

Exam basis: Pearson GCSE past papers
2. Submit a Research Project

Topic: Candidate’s own choice

Length: Maximum 3,000 words

Used to help determine the scholarship winner
🏆 Selection Criteria

A minimum grade 6 is required in four exam subjects
-
The student with the highest combined grades (above threshold)

In case of a tie, exact mark totals will be used to determine the winner
🎁 Awards & Incentives

Scholarship Winner:

Full tuition for the 2-year A-Level course (4 subjects)

Score of 9 in Maths, English, Spanish, Business, or Statistics → 1 free A-Level as part of a 4-subject package

If you don’t meet the grade 6 threshold, you’ll still receive a €150 discount on A-Level registration fees
