Director/Owner John Doyle O’Brien
The roles and responsibilities of the director is to lead, motivate and manage staff by delegating responsibility, setting expectations and targets and evaluating staff performance against them. The director overseas the organisation of examinations in conjunction with the examination officer Victoria Ferrandez and the deputy director Sabrina Patiño. It is a job which requires a strong presence around a school and in some cases the local community, as well as a certain amount of desk work

Deputy director Sabrina Patiño.
The deputy director is a leading professional in the school, accountable to the director. The deputy director assists in providing vision, leadership and direction for the school and helps to ensure that it is managed to meet its aims and targets. The deputy director play a key role in the organistaion of examinations. Sabrina is a senior member of school staff whose role is normally to act as second in command to the John, and to stand in for John in his absence.

Administration/Examinations Officer Victoria Ferrandez
An Administrative Officer, or Admin Officer, is responsible for providing administrative support for the school. Their duties include organizing school records, overseeing accounts and maintaining inventory of the centres supplies.
Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties. Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents. Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases. Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
The role and responsibilities of the examination officer includes, managing examination days in accordance with awarding body regulations, including preparing for each exam day, starting an examination, dealing with emergencies, irregularities and malpractice, ending the examination, collecting the examination scripts and packing and dispatching examination scripts.

Health and Safety John Doyle O’Brien. A Health and Safety Officer (HSO) is responsible for minimising or removing the risk of accidents, work-related illnesses and injuries in the workplace. They maintain the safety information of an organisation and promote safety compliance by shaping new protocols and strengthening existing health and safety policies.
